It all starts with a free virtual consultation to chat about your ideas and get a feel for your style. From there, we'll keep in touch through email, and I'll send over a custom proposal and quote. Custom Orders
Looking for something one-of-a-kind? We offer custom floral arrangements made just for you, with local delivery available in and around the Portland, Oregon area. Whether it’s a thoughtful gift, a special occasion, or simply flowers “just because,” we’ll create something beautiful to match the moment. Subscriptions
Bring fresh blooms into your home or workspace on a regular basis with our floral subscriptions, available for both individuals and businesses. We currently do not have a minimum budget requirement for our weddings & events. We believe that every event, big or small, deserves thoughtful design and attention to detail. With that being said, we strive to honor your spending limits while maintaining our distinctive design style and premium bloom choices.

For weddings & events, no! Frolic can and will travel. Some travel fees may not apply if your event is located in Southern California.
